I've spent the last 20+ years at the intersection of mission and mechanism — helping organizations figure out what they're building toward, and then building the strategy, teams, and movement technology durable enough to sustain it.

My career started in political and labor organizing before I spent over a decade at Greenpeace International, where I held roles ranging from Director of Strategy, Systems & Insights to interim Chief Technology Officer. I also served as interim National Campaigns Director for Greenpeace USA. I led strategy and technology work across a global network of 25+ national and regional organizations operating in 50+ countries, building shared infrastructure and consensus in complex, federated governance environments. Along the way, I built and led globally distributed teams of up to 48 people and managed multi-million euro budgets.

What I bring that's less common: I move fluidly between programmatic strategy and technical execution, and I think in terms of durability rather than campaign cycles. I've written theories of change and long-term strategic plans. I've also built enterprise data platforms, developed AI governance programs, and made infrastructure decisions meant to serve organizations for years, not just a single fundraising push or election. Most consultants specialize in one side or the other. I've spent my career serving as the translator between them — and building movement technology that outlasts any single campaign.

I founded Mossridge Strategies to bring this same integrated, long-horizon approach to a broader range of nonprofits, campaigns, and mission-driven organizations — helping them build strategy that's ambitious, technology that's durable, and teams that can execute both.
